On June 21st, 2010, Shenyang Power Group (SPG) obtained two Letters of Interest issued by China Import & Export Bank (China EXIM Bank) in support of SPG to contract the Texas 600MW wind farm project. The 1st one is for their support on a loan for project contracting and the other is support for seller’ credit on export of 300 units of wind turbine equipments for this wind farm.
By obtaining the above two letters of interest from China EXIM Bank with their strong aid and support, SPG feels more confident to complete this project in a timely and accurate manner. |
